Terms on products supercede these. I reserve the right to make deals that are above these terms. By default on downloadable products they are for one logical machine with motion such as backups allowed but you are only allowed one machine for using it per purchase. You may move same the same type of product from one machine to another for use provided you have purchased for that machine too. Once you have used it on a machine you have chosen which machine you may use it on. Unless otherwise noted, you may not post your products to a public machine or web server. You may have unlimited users per each purchased license. For source code, you may only redistribute with my permission. For all other products, redistribution except as above is prohibited. For sales of web subscriptions or pay per play sessions, you are not allowed to download the source except as your browser does to play the game, any such breach may be subject to revocation of the service without a refund. Law may supercede this. The English version shall be binding and translations are for convenience.
