Inode (index nodes) limits are on some "unlimited" storage and count number of files and folders. Anything with DirectAdmin, cPanel, or Plesk WILL have LVE limits and be limited to resources of one server. If you want actually like unlimited you will need a custom control panel and possibly operating system. LVE (Lightweight Virtual Environment) limits as on CloudLinuxOS include RAM, CPU, number of processes and some other limits. Many like real unlimited hosts have geographic distribution statistics, if you want to respect visitor privacy maybe try to avoid those. I know StackCP has that built in. With no LVE limits two common problems in like my opinion: backups and privacy. Many no LVE limit hosts do not have backups as you can just rely on. Unlimited really means you get what we have to offer possibly with some limits. That may be a lot but always read terms before using web hosts.
